Personal Data: We do not collect any personal data, including usage data.

Information Collected while Using the Application: With your permission, the Application collects location information, video and audio recording, image capture and phone contact library for the purposes of enabling certain safety features.

The Company may use Information Collected for the following purposes:

• To ensure the provision of Safety Services outlined in the app introduction.
• If You opt in, the Company will store the name and email address you provide in the crowdsourced form. However, this is an optional field.

Data Sharing

The Company may share personal information:

• With Your consent: Stored email and name might be shared in the future with institutions the Company deems fit to collaborate with for the purposes of safety service enhancement. We do not support this feature as of now.
• Additionally, in case of emergencies, signalled by interacting with the Service, by clicking specifically on the emergency button, Your location will be shared via SMS to police authorities and pinned contacts.

Retention and Transfer of Your Personal Data

Personal Data is retained only as necessary for stated purposes. Transfers may occur to locations with different data protection laws.

You have the right to delete or request assistance in deleting collected Personal Data.
